Standard crane operation is manual hydraulic hand pump. Optional electric AC or DC motor or air powered hydraulic for hazardous operations are available. Self-propelled drives are excellent when maximum mobility and versatility is required. The battery powered self-propelled drive is provides variable speed from creep up to 4 mph and has 180° steering capability, 90° to each side offering remarkable maneuverability in crowded areas. It is equipped with an automatic parking brake, safety belly switch, and battery gauge/hour meter. Horn and lifting controls are built into the tiller handle for convenient operation.

Purchase an optional deep cycle battery for DC powered units.

Add a battery charger?

Purchase an optional battery charger for DC powered units. Battery charger is built-in when applicable.

Upgrade your wheels?

Over-sized polyurethane-coated wheels provide improved mobility.

Foam-filled pneumatic wheels offer smoother, quieter operation for use indoors or out.

NOTE: Wheel upgrades increase overall height and length of cranes.

Add powered telescopic boom?

Hydraulic powered telescopic boom allows for precise positioning of loads, extending, retracting, while the boom is fully loaded.

Add telescopic legs?

Adjustable from 50” to 84” length. Extended legs keeps load center inside wheelbase and eliminates need for counterweights normally required to attain maximum rated capacities.

Add gooseneck boom?

Provides additional 36” of reach for handling large, bulky objects or for reaching over obstructions. Gooseneck boom is rated for use only above 45° boom angle. Must be combined with winch cable lift option.

Add a winch-operated cable lift?

Cable winches are available manual hand crank, 120VAC, or 12-24VDC operated. Single line winch capacity is rated for half the capacity of the crane in single-line configuration. Can reach full crane capacity with the boom retracted in double-line configuration with optional sheave block.

Choose your controls

Standard controls included on powered units are mast-mounted manual controls. Remote pendant control or wireless control options are available. Pendant control option includes minimum 8 ft of wire from crane base or more as needed to reach end of boom.

Add counterweight?

Optional counterweight is required in order to lift maximum rated capacity with the boom extended. Without counterweight, extended boom capacity may be as low as 10-20% of rated boom capacity. RBC models have no capacity without counterweight.
