Low-Profile Zero-Low Lift Table

Hydraulic power unit is built-in to unit except Zero-Low family or unless otherwise specified as remote powerpack. Powerpack upgrades may also require remote powerpack. Remote powerpacks include 8 feet of hydraulic hose to lift frame. Consult Powerpack Speed Chart for rise times, shown as number of seconds to rise from lowered to raised height.

Self-propelled drives are excellent when maximum mobility and versatility is required. The battery powered self-propelled drive is provides variable speed from creep up to 4 mph and has 180° steering capability, 90° to each side offering remarkable maneuverability in crowded areas. It is equipped with an automatic parking brake, safety belly switch, and battery gauge/hour meter. Horn and lifting controls are built into the tiller handle for convenient operation.

Control options include hand-held push button pendant, foot pedal, or free-standing pedestal controls. All control options include 8 ft of wire to lift frame or powerpack (if remote).

Heavy Duty Cycle Package – For high-frequency applications where a unit is used more than 16 cycles per 8-hour shift, a heavy duty cycle package is recommended. Self-lubricating composite bushings at pivot points of scissors, rollers secured with fiber bushings, and grease fittings on the cylinder(s) all work together to extend the life of the table.

Extra-Heavy Duty Cycle Package – For continuous duty applications where a unit is used more than 24 cycles per 8-hour shift, an extra heavy duty cycle package is recommended. Lifetime composite bushings at pivot points of scissors, the use of cam followers, grease fittings on the cylinders, and an over-sized hydraulic reservoir all work together to accommodate continuous duty applications. Further, the shaft on the rollers can be easily replaced when worn out to ensure years of trouble-free operation. (***The EHDCP is a structural change in the fenders, and typically increases the “F” dimension or width by approximately 2 inches on Zero-Low lifts.)

All tables are equipped with a single acting power system, which powers up the lift and relies on gravity for lowering. A Double-Acting power system is perfect when precise control over downward speed is required as in conveyor and material transfer applications or when a known cycle time is desired. Lift cylinders are powered down to achieve at least equivalent speed of up cycle.

Safety skirts are designed to shield the operator of a table from the lifting and tilting mechanisms. In addition, the safety skirts extend the service life of machines by shielding the internal mechanisms from operational debris. Skirts are manufactured from tough, extra heavy duty, 23-ounce vinyl coated polyester that will expand and compress with the movement of the machine regardless of vertical, horizontal, or angular change in position. Skirts are mounted outside the table top using hook-and-loop adhesive for ease of maintenance and access to unit.

This flexible polyethylene toe guard lip adds safety to any Zero-Low style table. The lip protrudes beyond the lifting platform to guard against the platform lowering onto an operator's foot.

Velocity fuses are a hydraulic safety feature that stop downward movement if a hose is cut.

Holding valves (also called counterbalance valves) are a safety feature for double acting cylinders. They are a pilot valve, always closed, unless pressure is applied, that stops downward movement if a hose is cut.

Limit switch is perfect when a precise lifting height is required repeatedly, our limit switch is compact, reliable and accurate.

Automatic Cycle Package is a simple automation upgrade that provides one-touch operation for lifting and lowering action. Push the button once and the lift travels automatically to a pre-determined limit of travel. This feature includes up and down limit switches and emergency stop button.

Automatic Height Gauge keeps table at a constant predetermined level. Includes both Up (feeding) and Down (accumulating) modes. When sheet or other material is removed, the table raises; when material is added, the table lowers. Operates by electric eye sensor for accurate gauge adjustments from 8 to 56 in. Toggle switch is used to choose Up or Down modes.
